By default, award judges can view and grade all ‘submitted entries’ within the award categories their judge panel has been assigned to. Event managers can adjust this setting so judges can only view award entries that have been marked “To be judged”. This gives event managers greater control over which entries should be reviewed.

Using the ‘To be Judged’ setting

Any changes to which entries reviewers can see will apply to all judges in the event. To change this setting, do the following:

  1. Go to Awards > Setup > Settings

  2. In the ‘Judging’ panel, select “Entries marked ‘To be Judged’” from the ‘Allow judges to see’ dropdown

  3. Click “Save” once done

Once the setting has been changed, the event manager must choose which entries will be selected as “To be Judged” by taking the following steps:

  1. Go to Awards > Management > Entries

  2. Select the “To be Judged” checkbox for all entries that should be reviewed and graded

  3. Click “Save”

Note: When an award entry is marked as “To be Judged” and has completed reviews, the “To be Judged” setting cannot be deselected.
