Each VCD event will have a ‘Content Hub’ which contains all the on demand content for sessions, such as abstracts, videos, PDFs, and more. Attendees can use the content hub as a resource pre-event, during the event, as well as post-event. Within the content hub, attendees can search for specific session content, filter by type of content, presentation time, and/or speakers, as well as add take notes and add items to their library.
Event managers can manage the content hub from the admin area of the VCD for the purpose of adding content (posters), deleting existing content, or changing the permissions for content.
Note: Attendees can each build their own “Library” of content as they work in the VCD and refer to this library at any point in time.
