Your Eventsforce account administrator has the ability to send a password reset link to any Eventsforce user. Contact your admin and ask them to take the below steps.

  1. Login to Eventsforce as an administrator
  2. Go to System settings > Security > UsersĀ 
  3. Click to "Edit" the user
  4. Click the "Send a reset link by email" button
  5. Click "Yes" to send a reset password link
