For VCD events, the majority of the design will be determined during the initial stages of VCD configuration as event managers will be asked to supply logos and graphics. Event managers will have the ability to customize the appearance by changing the icons used for attendees, exhibitors, agenda, and meetings.
Event managers can change the icons used in the VCD event by choosing a new icon from a list, uploading an image, or entering a URL for an image. Icons can be updated by taking the following steps:
Login to the admin portal of the VCD
Go to Appearance > Icons
Click “Change Icon” for any of the existing icons
Select an icon from a list, upload an image, or enter a URL for an image
Note: Event managers can always revert back to the default icons by selecting “Restore Defaults”.
