Domain change for Sandbox accounts

On Sunday, 6th November 2022 we are moving client sandbox accounts from the domain to a new domain

Why is this change being made?

As we expand we want to make space for more clients, events and users. This change helps us best serve the growing and varying needs of our customers.

What does this mean for me?

If you have previously logged into your sandbox at a URL starting with you will need to change the first section to reflect the new domain, so the new URL will be/start with

As part of this change, several elements of sandbox accounts will no longer work with the old domain. These are:

  • Website URLs - All event websites will now start with the new domain.

  • Token links - Any personalised link that has been sent out prior to this change. These include Admin login password refresh links and any frontend personal links.

  • Admin QR codes - Any admin QR codes will become invalid for the Kiosk and Attendance apps. These must be reprinted after the change.

  • Test API Integrations - As part of this change any test integrations setup on your sandbox accounts will now need to point to the new location. For API calls, this is
