Event managers have the ability to control the automatic timeout for registrations. The timeout only applies to the registration process when there is one or more tickets with a limited capacity in the event. The default timeout is set to 15 minutes, but event managers can increase this timeout to a maximum of 120 minutes.
To edit the timeout, take the following steps:
Go to Setup > Event > Properties
Under the “Registration Settings” section, edit the timeout
Note: The timeout will be greyed out and not editable if there are no tickets with a limited capacity.
