We've recently enhanced our program functionality, allowing you to assign capacities to sessions in bulk. This can help to save time when multiple sessions use the same capacity.
Applying a capacity in bulk will override any existing capacity totals for the selected sessions.
Changing capacity in bulk
Go to Setup > Program > Sessions
Select one or more sessions from the list (hold "CRTL" or "Command" to select multiple sessions)
Use the 'Tools' dropdown and select "Change capacity..."
Select "Limited"
Enter the capacity to be applied to the selected sessions
Click "Change"
Note: Select "Stopped" in the 'Change Capacity' prompt to immediately prevent further bookings against the selected sessions.
