How to change your website banner

Learn how to upload a custom event banner to your website.

The website banner is one of the first things your attendees will see during registration and can help let them know they are in the right place.  Learn how to customize the banner below.

When using a responsive design, the banner will automatically adjust in size based on the user's device. While there is no specific size required, Eventsforce recommends a banner that is 1130px x 300px. Larger images can be used as well as they will automatically resize to fill the page.

Editing the banner 

To replace the Eventsforce placeholder image with a banner of your choosing, take the below steps:

  1. Go to Website > Content > Website Pages

  2. Hover over the 'Edit' icon for the banner and select “Edit”

  3. Select the placeholder banner and select “Delete” on your keyboard

  4. Click the "Insert/Edit Image" icon 

  5. Click the 'Browse' icon next to "Source"

  6. Click "Choose File" and select the image on your computer

  7. Click "Upload" and confirm

  8. Click "Save"

  9. The banner will resize automatically when using a responsive template.  To resize the banner, select the image and select "Resize Image"
