Using a single search bar, quickly search your event or all events to locate an attendee or order using any of the following values:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Company

  • Registration Reference

  • Order Number

  • Ticket Number

  • Invoice Number

Search results/filters

Event toggle

The search results will always show values in “This event” by default. “This event” refers to the event name displayed in the top left-hand corner of the screen. Adjust the event toggle to view “All events” if no data is shown or the record you are trying to locate does not appear.

Show filter

The search results will include “Attendees”, “Bookers”, and “Invitees” by default. Adjust the “Show” dropdown to filter to a specific type of record/person if needed.

Edit order

When results are displayed, an order can be edited by using the ‘pencil’ icon on the right-hand side of the row, double-clicking a row, or by selecting a row and choosing "Edit order..." from the “Tools’ dropdown in the top left corner.

For more information on editing orders or attendees, read “Managing orders and attendees”.

Note: It is not possible to edit invitees or ‘canceled’ orders.
