If your event contains a larger number of registration questions, you may want to spread the questions across multiple registration pages. Separate registration pages can also be used to group different question types together for a more seamless registration process. If using attendee categories, registration pages can also be linked to reduce setup time.

This article will cover the following:

Tip: When using multiple registration pages, you can activate a registration page based on the answer to a registration question.

Adding a new registration page

  1. Go to Website > Content > Registration Pages

  2. Click the "Add Page" button in the attendee category section where the new page is needed

  3. Click the 'page name' on the left hand side name to edit the name

  4. If the page must also appear for other categories, click "Add Page" in the appropriate attendee category section

Linking registration pages

Linking registration pages in your event can make the event setup process quicker and more efficient. With linked pages, you can build a single registration page instead of building pages for each attendee category.

Even when linking registration pages, it is still possible to set up registration questions that only apply to certain categories

Be sure you have multiple attendee categories active in your event prior to taking these steps:

  1. Go to Website > Content > Registration pages

  2. Find the registration pages for the attendee category that you want to link to another category

  3. Click the "Use same page as..." dropdown and select the registration page to link to

  4. If using multiple pages, follow steps 2-4 for each additional page

  5. Click "Save"

Note: Once the pages have been linked, only the 'parent' page (page being linked to) will have an "Edit" button. All changes must be made in the 'parent' page.

Previewing a registration page

As you configure your registration pages, you may want to preview what the page will look like to attendees. Furthermore, you may want to preview how one attendee category might see the page compared to another. This is most useful when setting up different questions for different attendee categories.

  1. Go to Website > Content > Registration Pages

  2. Click to "Edit" the registration page that you want to preview

  3. Click the "Preview" button in the bottom left corner

  4. At the top of the page, select which attendee category you want to preview

  5. The page will only show the questions made visible to that category and removes all 'edit' icons

  6. When finished, click "Back to Edit mode" in the bottom left corner
