If you are using invoices within your Eventsforce event, you can add a link to any email allowing attendees to download their most recent invoice in PDF format.

Adding a link to download the invoice

  1. Go to Communications > Ad-hoc OR Communications > Automatic
  2. Click to "Edit" the email that should contain the invoice link
  3. Add the text you want to hyperlink (example: Download invoice)
  4. Highlight the text and select "Insert/edit link"
  5. Use the 'Link list' dropdown and select "Latest Invoice PDF"
  6. Click "Ok"
  7. Click "Save"

When attendees receive the email, they can click on the link to download a PDF version of their most recent invoice. 

Tip: If you do not see "Latest Invoice PDF" in your 'Link list' dropdown, be sure you've selected an invoice template by going to Setup > Finance > Invoice Run. In the 'Invoicing' panel , locate "Select an invoice template" select the invoice template for the event.
