Using Simpleview CRM lists with Eventsforce Groups & Ticketing
With the Simpleview CRM and Eventsforce integration, your organization may import attendee lists from the Simpleview CRM into an event in Eventsforce. Once you have configured your list in CRM, follow these steps to import them into Eventsforce.

The event must also have the CRM integration turned on to pull attendee lists from the Simpleview CRM.
To turn on the CRM integration for an event, follow these steps:
Go to Setup > Event > Properties
Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Click ‘Advanced’
Toggle ‘Simpleview CRM Integration’ on
Click ‘Save’
Note: The connection between the event in Eventsforce and in the Simpleview CRM must be established for this process to work. For more information on creating an Eventsforce-linked event in the CRM, read the ‘Defining and Using the CRM Integration’ article.
How to import a CRM list as an invitation list in G&T
If your organization has created a list of attendees in the Simpleview CRM that you want imported into an Eventsforce event, follow these steps:
Go to People > Invitation List
Click the ‘Add’ button
Select ‘Import from CRM…’
In the warning box, select ‘Import’ to continue importing the attendee list
Review the invitee imports and updates
Click ‘Ok’
Note: Any attendees already added to your event in Eventsforce will be updated, if applicable, and not duplicated. After importing the list from the Simpleview CRM, a pop-up window details the total number of invitees successfully imported and the total number of attendee records updated.
