Eventsforce allows abstract submissions to be archived instead of deleted in order to prevent data loss. This is particularly helpful when managing large amounts of submissions, as there can be times when accidental deletion can occur. Archived abstracts can be restored at any point in time.
Restoring an abstract submission
Go to Abstracts > Management > Submissions
In the 'Show:' dropdown, select “Archived”
Locate and select the archived submission you want to restore
Select the ‘Tools’ dropdown and select “Restore…”
Select "Restore" to confirm
Tip: If you are no longer seeing active submissions after following the steps above, remember to reset the 'Show:' dropdown to view "Submitted" abstracts.
