When creating sessions in Eventsforce, sessions can have a status of "Draft" or "Published". By default, each session will be marked as "Draft". An admin can preview a draft session, but it will not appear to attendees.
Attendees will only see "Published" sessions in your event. This allows further control of the agenda display.

Event managers can publish all sessions at once or select specific sessions to publish:
Go to Setup > Program > Sessions
Select one or multiple sessions (hold "CRTL" or "Command" to select more than one session)
Click the Spanner Icon
Select "Publish sessions..."
On the pop-up window, select "Yes"
Changing individual session status
Use the same steps above and simply choose a single session, or double click to edit the session and change the visibility from “Draft” to “Published”.
