When creating sessions in Eventsforce, sessions can have a status of "Draft" or "Published". By default, each session will be marked as "Draft". A draft session can be previewed by an admin but will not appear to attendees.

Attendees will only see "Published" sessions in your event. This allows further control of the agenda display.

Publishing sessions in bulk

Event managers can publish all sessions at once or select specific sessions to publish:

  1. Go to Setup > Program > Sessions

  2. Select one or multiple sessions (hold "CRTL" or "Command" to select more than one session)

  3. Click the 'Tools' dropdown

  4. Select "Publish sessions..."

  5. On the popup window, select "Yes"

Changing individual session status

Use the same steps above and simply choose a single session, or double click to edit the session and change the visibility from “Draft” to “Published”.
